The A1 Beach Pro Vienna 2024 is a so-called Elite16 tournament as part of the Beach Pro Tour, the official beach volleyball world tour. An Elite16 is a tournament in the highest tournament category of the world tour, in which the twelve best beach teams per gender in the world rankings compete, as well as four beach volleyball teams that can qualify for the main round.
The A1 Beach Pro Vienna 2024 will take place between July 9-14, 2024.
Due to the Olympic Games in Paris (July 26 - August 11) and the European Beach Volleyball Championships in the Netherlands (August 13-18), the A1 Beach Pro Vienna 2024 must take place between mid-June and the end of July. At this time, a tournament on the Danube Island is unfortunately not possible due to the construction and dismantling times of the Danube Island Festival and the Red Bull Beach Arena. We are therefore delighted that we have a fantastic location at our disposal with the WEV grounds on Vienna's Heumarkt and look forward to welcoming our loyal beach fans there again this summer!
