How to get there
The fastest way to get to the Red Bull Beach Arena
We recommend arriving at the location by public transport. Thanks to the metro line U4 (green line), the Red Bull Beach Arena is perfectly connected and can be reached easily. Get off at station Stadtpark and use the exit “Johannesgasse” for the fastest route. Once you leave the station, cross the street and follow Lothringer Straße to get directly to the Beach Arena.
If you are planning to arrive by tram, take the line 1, 2, 71, D or U2Z and get off at Schwarzenbergplatz. Follow Pestalozzigasse, which leads you past the Brazilian embassy right to Lothringer Straße. Turn left here and you can already see our location.
When arriving by bus, we recommend to take bus line 4A and get off at Akademietheater and follow Lothringer Straße in direction of the city center.
In the immediate vicinity of the ViennaHeumarkt there are three Wienmobil stops:
- Schwarzenbergplatz (via Am Heumarkt-Johannesgasse)
- Kärntner Ring (via Ring-Schwarzenbergplatz-Pestalozzigasse-Lothringer Straße)
- Johannesgasse (by foot via Johannesgasse)
From there you can easily walk to the A1 Beach Pro Vienna 2024.
Cars can be parked in the garage of our partner hotel InterContinental or around the Vienna Ice Skating Club. Careful: Short-term parking zone Mo-Fr, 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. There is no free parking on site.
Before you can enter the stadium, you have to go to Checkpoint 1, the fan check-in at Beethovenplatz. There you will find the cloakroom, your ticket will be scanned and you will receive a wristband to gain access to the stadium.
The last step is the security check (Checkpoint 2) in front of Center Court. Then you can go through the entrance to the Red Bull Beach Arena (Checkpoint 3) and look forward to enjoying the world elite of beach volleyball.
